Kala O'Neill | Peer Support Worker
Kala helps a diverse range of people, who are autistic and or have learning difficulties; to develop skills, increase independence and take part in group projects. They have been involved supporting peers in Band Academy & DJ Academy projects, as well as, the Spectrum Theatre Group.
Colin is a talented photographer who has an expert eye for taking portraits. Which he has shown by his involvement in a number of different exhibitions, funded by The Arts Council. He also enjoys taking photographs of stunning landscapes in Northumberland.
Ruth works across the UK on a variety of projects from community based, craft workshops to public art exhibitions. She creatively leads all projects in her business and manages staffing and collaboration in accordance with project requirements.
Joshua Marsh | Printing Services
Joshua runs a printing business where he sells signs for shop fronts and vans. As well as, number and name plates and other accessories for railway enthusiasts. In addition, he designs and produces tailor made mugs and t-shirts.
Nathan is an active football referee with an off the field story which he uses to inspire & improve the lives of young football referees. He also works with students communicating similar messages through the vehicle of refereeing.
Wendy works for MZ Cleaning Specialists offering domestic and commercial cleaning services. Where a typical week consists of deep cleans, full house cleans, spring cleans, end of tenancy cleans and interior windows cleaning.

David helps people from all walks of life to improve their performance and well-being. He is a Registered Practitioner Psychologist and uses a variety of approaches linked to Resilience & Mental Toughness Development to help get the best from individuals.
Julian has worked on long-term projects exploring different aspects of society & everyday life. He has published several acclaimed photobooks & regularly exhibits & lectures in museums, galleries, cultural centres & universities across the UK & beyond.
Michelle has in the past supported many business owners as a Virtual Assistant where she had a flair for detail, ensuring they keep on top of their administration and finances. She now supports disabled people into work and self-employment through her own agency called THIS IS ME.

Ian has been involved in manufacturing and selling honours boards for sports clubs since 2013, specialising in bespoke, high quality designs at an affordable price. He is also involved in printing services for local businesses and for people who are interested promotional items.
Michelle is the owner & operations director for MZ Cleaning specialists. She is fully trained in COSHH & holds a CSCS site safety card. Her mission, as owner, is to ensure that her business is recognized as a leading dependable cleaning professional company that can be trusted.
Jay and Alex own The Twisting Ducks Theatre Company which provides opportunities for people with learning disabilities and autism to take part in the arts and to develop their creative skills with the aim of improving their health and well-being.
